I’m thrilled to officially be launching this and even more excited to tell you about the beautiful partnership we’ve built to meet your needs. I’ll cover all the details here, so let’s go!
Cookie Cutter Demands
This all started when I began receiving pleading requests for some of the cookie cutter designs I was using in my videos. It’s been wonderful having such a great response to some of my favorite designs. But since I am a one-woman show here, I had to get creative in order to meet your needs. So my daughter, who is moving across country soon, stepped up to design all my STL files. For those with access to a 3D printer, our STL files are available for purchase in my Printables Shop! Quick and easy way to print our designs at home!
But as soon as we launched STL files, I received an overwhelming response from cookiers who simply want to order the cutters. But again, I didn’t have any extra time to take on mass cutter printing, order management, shipping, etc. And my daughter is moving so she can’t help either! Hmmm…how can I support the needs of my Besties?
A Beautiful partnership is born!
I’m thrilled to share that I’ve partnered with the family-owned business, The Cookie Mercantile, to manage the cutting, shipping and customer service for Your Baking Bestie cookie cutters. If you’ve been to my site before, you may know that it was born out of a passion for helping other home bakeries and small businesses succeed. So when this need arose, I knew it had to be the right business to partner with.
And from my first conversation with Corey, from The Cookie Mercantile, I knew we shared a lot of the same values and high integrity for the cookie community. Corey and his wife, Jen, have been active in the community for many years and take great pride in quality cutters, designs and customer service.
A lifetime warranty?!
One of the reasons I knew I wanted to work with The Cookie Mercantile was because of the lifetime warranty they include on all their cutters. Yes Bestie, if your husband puts your cutter in the dishwasher and it gets ruined, you can simply email The Cookie Mercantile, and they will send you a new one. THAT is customer service and a business that truly cares about their customers.

I also made sure that our cutters are available in 3.75″, which can be hard to find sometimes when ordering cutters. Many of you have expressed that 3.5″ is a little too small and 4″ is a little too big. So we’re taking a page from Goldilocks here and offering our cutters in 3.75″ for you!

New designs will continue to be added regularly, and I’ll be sure to let you know on my socials and in my newsletter. So far, my sticky note cutter that I use for cookie notes is the most requested design, but I hope you love all the designs we’ll be sharing with you. I can’t wait to be a part of your cookie designs and am so happy we found a way to support you!
